Refund policy

All sales are final
Take 5 is a digital product (an Ableton Live project). You can download it as soon as you buy it. A downloaded file can’t be returned, so we don’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

Before you buy
Please check the system requirements on the product page first: Ableton Live Suite or Standard 12.4.1+ (Live Lite, Intro, and Standard (below version 12.4.1) aren’t supported), on macOS or Windows.

If something goes wrong
We still want you to have a good experience. Contact us if:

• your download link didn’t arrive or doesn’t work
• the project won’t open or something seems broken
• you were charged incorrectly

We’ll help by resending your link, sending a fixed file, or walking you through setup.

Duplicate purchases
If you were charged more than once for the same item by mistake, contact us and we’ll refund the extra charge.

Cancellations
Orders are delivered right away, so they can’t be cancelled once placed.

Your rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. That includes rights that apply when digital content is faulty, not as described, or not delivered.
